Home Visits
Home visits are only made for the elderly or housebound who are too ill to attend surgery. Please make your request early in the day, preferably before 10am.
The doctor may want to discuss the request with you before making the visit. The receptionist is authorised to ask for some details relating to the illness to pass on to the doctor.
Telephone Access
In order to improve access to the surgery and to reduce the need for unnecessary appointments a set amount of time is set aside each morning when you can contact the duty clinician who will deal with your queries and deal with them in the most appropriate manner.
