Repeat prescriptions are available for collection 2 working days (48 hours) after ordering. Please tick the medications needed on the tear-off right hand side of your prescription and post in the secure, wooden box situated in the entrance hallway.
Handwritten requests should have your name, address, date of birth and medication details clearly marked. We also accept orders online, posted or faxed to us and are happy to post them back to you if you enclose a stamped addressed envelope.
